How can psychotherapy help?
Psychotherapy can help you discover ways to change difficult patterns or situations, and manage overwhelming emotions or disturbing memories. Some people find that life seems more meaningful and satisfying because of their work in therapy. Many people find they are able to have closer or less troublesome relationships with other people. Often, problems that seem unbearable can begin to feel more manageable.
My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in mindfulness practice. Mindfulness practice has a long history of use in Eastern spiritual and medical traditions, and has been scientifically proven here in the West to be helpful in treating various mental and physical health conditions. You can read more about my approach under Services & Practice.
